NO-FIX-NO-FEE policy

The NO-FIX-NO-FEE promise covers all labor after our successful diagnosis of the computer problem. It is only applicable if I am technically unable to fix the problem and not due to the unwillingness of the customer to purchase necessary parts, lack of time or other factors out of my control. The promise applies to the first problem reported to us. Subsequent problems that are resolved will be charged at the normal Tier rate.

DewComputers cannot be held responsible for any kind of data loss. All repairs and work is undertaken on the understanding that data has been backed up prior to the work being carried out. Should you wish for your data to be backed up we will carry this out at the normal Tier rate. Please note although every effort is made to save your data, as with all computer work, there is still a risk of some data loss.

Software

If DewComputers installs new software on your machine(s) we will advise you of this. It is then your sole responsibility to acquire the appropriate licensing for the installed software. DewComputers cannot be held responsible for any issues arising with software licensing. We can of course assist you in purchasing licenses.

Hardware

Should your PC require an upgrade or new hardware, DewComputers can obtain and install these parts on your behalf. All new hardware installed by DewComputers will be covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and in addition a 10 day guarantee for labor from DewComputers. DewComputers cannot be held responsible for any delay in obtaining hardware that is out of our control.

Price Promise

This promise only applies to computer service and maintenance companies within South Dakota. To be eligible for the discount, proof must be presented in writing of the cheaper quote. Should a 5% discount apply, this will be taken off your total bill at the time of invoicing.

Data Protection

All personal information gathered by DewComputers will be confidential and for the sole use of DewComputers. We will never pass on or sell ANY of your personal information to a 3rd party company and/or organization. All personal data obtained by us will be destroyed after use.

Acceptance of Contract Terms

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and the Corporation ("DewComputers"). By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site. The material provided on this Site is protected by law, including, but not limited to,United States Copyright Law and international treaties. This Site is controlled and operated by DewComputers from its offices within the United States. DewComputers makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from otherlocations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of the state of South Dakota.

Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. You also may not, without DewComputers' permission, "mirror" any material contained on this Site on any other server. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstance, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall DewComputers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if DewComputers or a DewComputers authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Any material, information or idea you transmit to or post on this site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by DewComputers or its affiliates for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products. Errors on our Site

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and DewComputers reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit cards has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DewComputers will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
